Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil 70%

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Providing, assembling and placing G.I. wire crates of required size, made of 4 mm diameter G.I. (Galvanized Iron) wire, woven diagonally to form 100 mm x 100 mm diamond mesh, including fabrication, cutting, bending, lacing, tying and fastening of edges, diaphragms and joints, and filling the crates with approved hard, durable and sound stones, each stone having a size generally 1.5 to 2.5 times the opening of the wire mesh and weighing not less than 25 kg, hand packed and properly arranged to minimize voids, including cost of stones and crates complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
