Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete as per direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width below 6 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using VG-30 complying with IRC:SP: 53, sprayed at the rate of 9 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.11 cum per 10 sqm with hydraulic chip spreader, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902 but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete as per direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen over Bituminous surface at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic ar per Technical Specification Clause 503 but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete as per direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crust aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 @ 5.40 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static pavour finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingement, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects (509) but including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete as per direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter(20") depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. (8") layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M(5ft.) lifts and 30M (100ft.) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M(100ft.) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (SI.
