Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and Eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Providing Fencing arrangements for the sides of landscapping at site, andd it should be supported by a vertical Concrete RCC Post and at every 3m interval centre to centre to a height of 1.50m above ground level and below GL is 300mm and the post should be laid by PCC 1:2:4 concret. The cost shall inclusive of 300mm X 300mm Earth work excavation and 100mm thick 1:5:10 using 40mm metal and 300mm thick PCC 1:2:4, and back filling the excavation trenches and all labour charges and other incidental charges and directed by departmental officer etc., complete as per standard specification (As Per Quatation)

Providing Fencing arrangements for the sides of landscapping at site, and fencing by PVC coated diamond shape of size 100 X 100mm with 10 gauge chain link etc Standard Specification Complete Etc.
