PART -A Supply

Supply of Automated Water Level transmitter non-contact Ultrasonic type having 6 m range for measuring level /downstream discharge in canal across head / cross regulators. including all necessary Mast/ cantilever per technical specification.

Supply of Shaft Encoder based rotary position sensor with Digital Display Type Gate Position Sensors for indication and monitoring of canal gates, including cabling and integration with PLC/RTU as per technical specifications.

Supply of Side looking ADVM ( Acoustic doppler velocity meter) for downstream discharge measurement in head /cross regulators including integration with PLC/RTU/datalogger complete as per technical specifications.

Supply of Remote PLC/RTU system with software development of PLC/RTU, Control Panel with front door opening cabinet, fitted with Power buses, MCBs and GPRS/GSM modem. Suitable 24 V DC power supply to power up PLC/RTU panel, including suitable switch mode power supply (SMPS) with 1 KVA UPS for Power back up to 2 hours, 8” HMI display and Industrial type electrical fitting and cabling with suitable conduits complete for all related field instruments, as per technical specification.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Automatic rainfall sensors (ARG tipping bucket type) complete with accessories, as per technical specifications

Supply of datalogger 2 channel input type with GSM & GPRS based telemetry including antenna and all necessary equipment for data transmission as per technical specifications.

Supply of Solar panel, charger regulator, batteries, lightening arrestor with all connectors, cables and conduit & mounting accessories for power back up to Remote PLC/RTU as per technical specifications.

Supply of LTE surveillance IP based 3G/4G Bullet Camera with sim caed slot, Night Vision (I.R.) Out door Weather Resistant, 2 Mega Pixel 2 OR4Array/ 72 LED Colour Camera. 6 OR 8 or 12 MM (According to site suitability) with storage facility of at least 24 hours video recording, in Elegant Metal Die Cast Housing. IP 66, for monitoring the gates operation complete as per technical specifications.

Supply, Engineering and dovelopment of Customized Irrigation Monitoring software which shall include SCADA software for monitoring & Controlling of Canal operations, water scheduling, Real time data logging for complete Canal automation with life time licensed version for NCP Canal System. as per technical specifications.

Supply of Industrial grade server which includes Server with work station server Rack and industrial grade monitor with USB, RS232/RS485, Ethernet Ports, OS Windows 8 or higher compatible to SCADA System complete for NCP Canal System, as per technical specifications.

Supply NETWORK VIDEO RECORDER (NVR) 32 Channel 1080 P Full HD, Real time Recording and Reviewing in Compression Format. With HDD. along with dedicated server with sufficient Hard Drive to have memory of at least 30 days as per technical Specifications.(including all taxes)

Supply of IT Hardware which includes required Static IP, Router, Switch, firewall system and A3 colour printer as per technical specifications.

Supply of Laptop & 4G/3G internet dongles along with licenced version of SCADA software for remote viewing & monitoring of Canal automation as per technical specifications.

Charges for High-speed synchronous internet connection (min. 8 mbps upload and download speed) and Static IP for NCP Canal System.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of Online 3 KVA UPS with Battery system for power back up of NCP control room equipment’s as per the technical specifications.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of Diesel Generator Set 10 KVA with 04 Earth Pits for earthing at NCP Control Rooms.

Construction of 1 meter high wire fencing (3m x 3m plot size) along with 1m x 1m MS gate with locking arrangement complete in all respect including material as per drawing.

Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for Canal Automation system along with accessories, installed at designated locations within NCP Canal system, Rajasthan after final acceptance of Canal monitoring systems. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders’ cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS (SIM & internet charges) for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. Minimum one SCADA operator & one maintenance Engineer shall be placed at SCADA Control Room for Operation & maintenance of Canal Automation system for entire warranty period of 5 years, as per technical specifications.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, start up, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, PLC/RTU and SCADA configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies.
