M&L for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick aluminium composite panel of exterior grade with 0.50 mm thick of aluminium layers on both faces, wrapping by routing of joints, wrapping, bending or turning up/mitred angles as per site requirement and fixing with adhesive (Araldite) by popcorn pins and flat pressed the sheets using masking tape till the banding remain solid, complete all specified and as directed. M&L for rendeing 10 mm thick on concrete/ brick surfaces in CM 1:3 including Water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instrs complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L preparing roof surface by removing oil, dirt, laitance and other contaminents manually and Injection of grout to construction joints and honey combs if any with cementitious pressure grouting with 40 Psi pump using Cobex 100 or equivalent @ 225gms mixed to 50Kg bag of cement including packing joints using polymer modified mortar, Providing and applying pitch free polyurethene water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surface at 1.5mm thick in 2 coats with interval period of 6 hours between application of each coat over the substrate at coverage rate of 2Kg/Sqm using spray/squeege/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 200% (ASTM D412-90, Tear resistance of >7N (ASTM D 624-00), and tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2 (ASTM D412-90) and it should have a solid content of 80-85% (The rate includes the application of the chemical with specialized agency or the manufacturer) Note:- 1. The contractor shall give a warranty for the water proofing treatment for 10 years fron date of completion of work in stamp paper of value as given in CA. 2. The rate includes the application of the chemical with specialized agency or the manufacturer as aprroved by GE 3. Work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacture only

M&L for providing pressure grouting on leaking points using 40 psi grout pump using Cobex 100 or equivalent @ 225gms mixed to 50Kg bag of cement including packing joints using polymer modified mortar , applying a coat of polyplus AC , two component acrylic based , water proof coat @ 500 gms/sqm , after 4 hrs applying second coat with polyplus AC @ 500 gms/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of cracks in the RCC /masonry walls (i) By making 75mm either side of the crack and cutting with hard held cutter including chip off the plaster and exposing brick/RCC work (ii) Prepare AR mortar in the ratio of 1:3 and add Nitobond AR manufactured by M/s Fosroc or equivalent per bag of cement and grout the same with 20mm nozzle to the primed concrete surface. Fill up and finish the crack using a trowel complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Pre-cast cement conrete block built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastered on Brick/Concrete wall and ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed .

M& L for rendering 8 mm thick CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over backing coat of 12 mm thick in CM 1:6 using liquid water proofing compound fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces and allowed to dry over night before application of final coat of rendering, finished even and fair all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on external surfaces of wall using mechanical grinder complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Removal of existing finishes should be done by using of mechanical grinder/water jet under pressure as directed by Engineer in Charge).

M&L for preparation new plastered external wall surfaces and apply one coat of alkali resistant primer (0.9Litre/10 Sqm) over 1.5-2mm thick exterior wall care putty and allowed to dry overnight before applying first coat of weather proof (anti fungal paint) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Before application of primer coat, the moisture of the wall surface shall be checked with a moisture meter .

M&L for application of first coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac )on primed wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) over first coat on wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing suracfe finishes of external wall including prime seal primer coat applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1.5mm to 2mm thick exterior wall care putty over prepared surfaces and allowed to dry overnight before applying first coat of high quality acrylic based water proof coating paint,) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Before application of primer coat, the moisture of the wall surface shall be checked with a moisture meter .

M&L for application of first coat of high quality acrylic based water proof coating paint, weather durable waterproofing, water, fungus, algae resistance, crack-bridging, protective coating for exterior wall of required shade on primed wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of high quality acrylic based water proof coating paint, weather durable waterproofing, water, fungus, algae resistance, crack-bridging, protective coating for exterior wall of required shade on primed wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F square UPVC rain water gutter (220 MM), with all necessary fittings like MS flat iron, clamp, joints, end cap, corner drop, centre drop, etc joining compounds, nut, bolts or screws etc and fixing in position, at any height complete all as specified and as directed. Make EURO GUARD PRO or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls(jointing shall be done with solvent cement) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile not exc 0.11 Sqm, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Tile shall be laid with 2mm wide joints using spacers and joints shall be filled with epoxy joint filling compound for a minimum depth of 5mm. Joint filling with epoxy filling compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 450x300X7mm/600x300x7mm in vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for epoxy tile joint filling using Kerapoxy of MPAEI or equivalent on floor and walls. Note:- Work shall be completed as per the manufactures instructions
