Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of PSA Technology based Oxygen Generation Plant including all the allied electrical equipments like Main Panel/ Individual Panel/Changeover Panel, Cables, Servo etc. for one year. Comprehensive Maintenance Contract shall ensure reliability, quick availability and trouble free operation of Oxygen Generation Plant along with its all electrical equipments in all the hospital. CMC covers all the equipments of OGP as listedbelow: • Compressed Air System which includes compressors (reciprocating type) – 2 nos, filters, valves, pipeline, Air, Receiver Tank (wet tank), cooling system of compressors including water-circulation pump-sets, cooling tower etc. • Filtration System which includes Air Dryers (Refrigeration type/Desiccant type),Carbon activated towers, filters, valves, pipeline, Air tank (dry tank), etc. • Oxygen Concentrator which includes inlet air filter inserts, Main Oxygen Concentrator (including Zeolite), Oxygen tank, Pressure control station (including sensors) along with all pneumatic system and hoses, valves, pipeline, UPS along with replacement of its batteries etc. The firm shall be competent and able to operate/repair existing PLC of Unissi make. • All the electrical equipments like Main Panel/ Individual Panel /Changeover Panel, Cables, Servo etc. • Unlimited Breakdown calls 24x7 even on holidays to resolve the fault in any equipment of OGP. CAMC includes general check-up, visits for trouble free operation of OGP and to take necessary preventive steps to eliminate/reduce breakdowns time of plant. • It includes complete servicing of all the equipments as per the recommendations of OEM (i.e. weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annually preventive maintenance) as per the scheduled. Necessary record to be maintained & duly checked by site Engineer. • CAMC also includes repairs of any part of OGP which may develop defect, to make it functional up to the standard of OEM and it is to be ensured that the efficiency of the Plant remains up to the mark. If the defect in any part is non-repairable or if on repairs of any part, the efficiency of the plant is under par, the defective part is to be replaced by new one. • The record of service or maintenance during the period of CAMC must be recorded on maintenance log book of the plant in presence of operational staff and counter verified by Engineer-in-Charge. • The necessary spares including the frequently used one like oil seals, controller, relays, belts, bearings, controller, sensor, etc. must be stored in optimum quantities at their Jammu office to reduce the downtime of OGP Equipments for want of spares which otherwise are to be got from outside the UT or in many cases imported from the overseas. • The scope of work includes maintenance of all equipments during the period of CAMC comprises of consumables items, POLs, filters for complete servicing of equipments or replacement of any spare as well which may develop defect during said period.
