Demolition of stone masonry above G.L uptofloor two level including stacking of servicebale materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 mtr lead Marble / precast work in cement mortar complee in all respect as directed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition below G.L upto 1.50 mtr depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposalof un-servicable materials within 20mtrs lead un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15cm thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Stone soling under floor like stone filling properly consolidating the soling preparation of grade filling the intersects with agg. etc. and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone qagg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone ag.20mm nominal size laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls , the size of plum shall usually be 150 to 300mm as per HPPWD specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. 40mm thick

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls above 20cm wide in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in 15mm cement plaster / RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3(1cement: 3sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Fire hydrant stand post 65mm dia including all accessories and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding of following dia GI pipe welded in requiste number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Orelon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS: 814-1991 at site of work complete in all respect, including manual/ mechanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing and tesitng in trenches( tolevel or grade of pipes jonted,butt weld joint of 65mm diameter conforming to IS: 1239-2001 (lates uptodate amendements) of grade and wall thickness as specified below, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in random length 4m-6m with plain ends and jointed with MS flanges conforming to IS: 6392-1971(Latest upto date amendements) and welding of flanges as per IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jonting gaskets sheet not less than 3.00mm in thickness as per IS: 2712-1998. the welding of flanges to be done on both faces in requisite layers to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.The laying of piopes conform to IS: 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manualand willinclude alloperations such as cutting,welding and joniting including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing comjplete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-crge including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.Pipes will be measuredinstraight length only (earth work in trenches and butt weld joints wilbe measured and paid for separately)
