M&L for water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm and providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane of make BASF/M/S Fosroc/IWL/STP Ltd weighing not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/ Sqm having soften point not less than 140C longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqm tearing strength of 180 N/Sqm torch application, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finished with solar reflective/ bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm including taking out existing roof treatment along with tiles,screed, tar felt etc and removal of dismantled materials and cleaning the roof surfaces with wire brush etc .complete all as directed and as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over screed bed 20mm thick CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10mm thick square/rectangular polished area of each tiles n exc 0.36 Sqm (600 x 600 mm size) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white and laying over 10mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
