Comprehensive Maintenance of Air-Conditioning Units (with out Operation) as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required specialized manpower as & when required & by arranging required tools and plant etc. to carry out maintenance activities and attend all break down maintenance calls.
Contractors to take all steps to undertake preventive / special maintenance and testing to keep the system at optimum working condition.

SITC of PCB for outdoor unit of 1.5 TR Inverter type Split AC Unit i/c removing connections , dismantling of existing faulty PCB , making connections of new PCB , T/C etc. complete as reqd. (Note:- Applicable for Inverter type Split AC units in OCM and CMC work)
