Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in Abutments and toe walls etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 & 1204 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) for all types of structure and in Catchpit flooring etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel of TATA/SAIL reinforcement thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor levels as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (one Hundred millimeters) diameter galvanised mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1209 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M25 (M-Twenty Five) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kgs. (four hundred kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Deck slab and the like up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 800, 1205.4 & 1205.5 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of RCC railing of M-25 (M-Twenty Five) grade in situ with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size aggregate true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, (one in five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical post not exceed 2000mm (Two thousand millimeter) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved design, drawings including the cost of form work and reinforcement complete as per MORT&H technical specifications Clauses 2703, 1500, 1600 and 1700 or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter) nominal size), in or under water in Retaining wall/breast wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. Conditions: 1. The work will be strictly executed as per HPPWD specifications 2.The contractor will procure cement at their own level from Civil Supply Depott. After the approval of permit from the competent authority and other material from market as per Department specification issued by the Addition Chief Secretary PW to the Govt. of HP vide No. PBW (B) C (17) 2/2012 dated 07 August 2018 and all other condition are liable & carriage will be born by the contractor. 3 The contractor will procure steel from PWD store Civil Supply Depott. After the approval of permit from the competent authority and other material from market as per Department specification issued by the Addition Chief Secretary PW to the Govt. of HP vide No. PBW (B) C (17) 2/2012 dated 07 August 2018 and all other condition are liable & carriage will be born by the contractor. 4.The bills of all materials procured by the contractor and M/X form of mining materials used for execution of work must be submitted to the authority concerned alongwith contractor bill.
