Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil in all kinds of soils, soft and hard rocks and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( fourty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size), in or under water in open foundation for all type of structure and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for Plain cement concrete Grade-M25 (M-Twenty five) Nominal mix 1:1.5:3(one cement : one decimal five sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate (20mm) twenty millimeters nominal size) in or under water in open foundation for all types of structure including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, GST,sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm (Nine hundred millimetres) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure (Socket & Spigot) pipes IS Class NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including back filling of Tranches in Layers but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, and masonry Concrete work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1100 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rates is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked VECTUS /FINOLAX P.V.C. pipe ( working pressure not less then 4 Kg per sequre cm) Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and Laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to full height compacted to firm condition completeas per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, ncluding carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Supplying and stacking dual direction delinator made of road 18 gauge M.S. rectangular pipe of size 25x68mm and of length 600mm pipe stove enameled and basket to 120 c powder coated. Head made of ABS plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided wit igh intensity Prismatic reflectors of colour (yellow) of size 100x125mm with additional to reflective strip of 20mm wide make 3M/GREENs/GREENLITE as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and Fixing Glow stud of size 100x20 mm (one hunded in to twenty milimetre) 3 M MAKE made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylretrite) or HIP (High impect polystyrene) or ASB having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens wih abrasion resistant coating as aproved by Engineer-in-Charge. The glow stud shall suported a load of 13635 kg. tsted in accordanc wih ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface sall be 35(+/-5) degree to base. the reflective panels on both side with at least 12 cm (Tewelve centimetre) of refelective area up each side. The Luminance intensisty should be as per the specification and shall be tasted as per described in ASTM I: 809 as reccommended in BS: 873 part 4:1973. The stud shall be fixed to the Road surface usein the adhesive conforming to IS(Indian Standred) as per procedure reccommonded by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials and equipment with all mode of transportation and as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
