Squarred rubble stone masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foun. & plinth i/c racking out of joints in CM 1:6 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.50 mm nominal size and curing complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 equivalent) using 1.70 kg. per Sqm. on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with af loating piece of cloth lightly socked in Kerosene oil complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (IInd class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with second class deodar wood complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Prov. & fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia. 0.56 mm for doors,windows & clerestrey windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrisses, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M. 1:6 (1 Cement:6 Sand) within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:4 (1Cement :4 Sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concret 1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing of the top surface of concrete smooth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built- up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, housting,fixing in position and supplying and priming coat of red lead paint (A) in beams, joints, channel. Angle, tees, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafter and the like complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts..

Providing Fixing of fencing Penals complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer in charge.

Rough side exterior cement plaster on wall upto a height of 10 mtr.above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 6mm to 12 mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two coats,backing coat 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3sand) and finishing coat 10 mm cement mortor 1:3 (1cement:3sand) mixed with 10 % finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement including arrises,chamfersb and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth.(natural cement finish using ordinary cement) ( Cooping )complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineeer in charge.

Hirmachi coloure wach on undecorated wall surface ( two coats) to give an even finish shade includingthroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt, dust, mortor drops and other forign matter.

Applying two coat of wood preservative on new wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated walls surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign mattercomplete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Terrazzo tile flooring with precast terrazzo tiles 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified size laid in floors,treads of steps and landing on bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shede of tile where ever required including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades medium complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing following anodized aluminium fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Construction of RCC over head tank 90000 ltr cap., with 15.00 mtr stagging height at node-32 from ground level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet, scour & over flow pipes as per details given below from ground level to top dome of tank including GI bends of requried degree, valves of required size confirming to relevants code MS stair case i/c Mild steel flat railing around the container as well as around the complete stair case from bottom to top as per IS-specificaiton, steel ladder inner and outer side with required dia metre of MS flat of usual height as per site requirement, SFRC manhole cover of 500mm dia and weight of frame and cover should not be less than 45 kg., ventilator at top dome with minimum opeining of 45x450cms, water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with complete earthing arrangement etc. The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven exposed surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component required for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge. The offers shall also include details structural drawing/ design based on bearing capacity of soil of proposed site and same shall be approved from the competent authority , design calculation expension joints as required at site. The offer shall also include the cost of providing and fixing of GMS/ MS pipes, duly flanged and sluice valve of required dia metre fitting complete including duck foot bends, puddle collers , expansion joints etc connecting with rising main & distribution main with required length from the edge of foundation and any other component required for the completion of job upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
