Taking down carefully un serviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing & caping including material like sockets, switches, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls/floors ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Air circulator fan dismantling blades and removing fan and refixing fan after completion of re-wiring and connecting up by cleaning / oiling etc including provision of 3core flexible round cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as directed.

Taking down High bay lights after dismantling the bird proofing net and refixing high bay lights after completion of re-wiring and connecting up by cleaning etc including provision of 3core flexible round cable from ceiling rose or connector to high bay lights all as directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor wire with unsheathed, FRLS grade PVC insulated, single core with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor and including In stove enamelled steel conduit concealed of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia. and all accessories fixed to the surface of the roof/ walls or in chases etc. including terminal boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness should be not less than 1.2mm thick for fixing of rotary switches, fan regulators socket outlet etc along-with 3mm thick top laminated bakelite sheet for housing switches, etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- (a) One light point controlled by one switch

Taking out old unserviceable distribution board of any type and S&F of MCB DB, double door 6 way triple pole vertical type 415 volts 50 Hz AC supply suitable for 4 pole MCCB incomer, fixed to the existing wall (concealed/ surface) after removing the existing un serviceable MCB DB and reconnecting the electrical connections and making good the disturbed surface of wall to perfectly match with the existing wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MCCB will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Taking out old unserviceable distribution board of any type and S&F of MCB DB SPN 12 way with copper bus bar & neutral link double door type to be fixed in the wall including connections and making good the disturbed surface of wall to perfectly match with the exsting wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCB any type and S&F of MCB SPN 6 to 32A, 'C' curve, 10KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCB any type and S&F of Fix MCB SP 6 to 32 A, 'C' curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable distribution board of any type and S&F of MCB TPTP 25 To 63 AMP,10KA breaking capacity, 415Volts complete all as specified and as directed.
