Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable etc in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently complete all as specified and directed. Note: Depth after punning shall be measured and paid separately.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class old 'B' burnt bricks, size of brick 230 x 115 x 75mm, laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluinium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, bracket made out of light grade, Galvanised steel tube, 40mm bore, 1.5 Mtr length, bent to 120 degree for fixing street light fitting at the top, fixed to pole with necessary clamps made out of FI 40mm x 4mm with nuts & bolts including preparation of steel surfaces & apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, sintex junction box of size 230 x 170 x 105mm complete with one SP MCB of 6 Amps for street light poles including necessary clamp, bolts, nuts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS-694/2010, multistranded, passing through existing pipe, fixed on pole/wall from junction box to street light fitting on pole/wall from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armored with galvanized steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armored with galvanized steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in repairs, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by renderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. Supply and laying in repair of GI pipe 50mm dia light grade below road/fixed to along the poles/walls with necessary clamping, including encasing the cable into the pipe all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases for fixing of GI Pipe of any size on wall/plinth and including PCC work for making good the disturb surfaces of wall and plinth, including white wash for matching the existing wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, cable route indicator for LT, 6mm thick CI plate of size 100mm dia welded to MS angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150mm x 150mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, PVC junction box, factory made, with one No SP MCB of 20 Amp rating, class-B and 3 Nos connector fixed on pole with necessary clamps and bolts etc including connecting with street light cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size incl cross arm and connected items complete all as specified and directed. (Maximum 10 Nos of conductor only one span)

Supply, installation, commissioning of factory made and tested outdoor type floor mounted LT panel board cubicle type suitable for 415 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved aluminium of rating 400 Amps for phase and neutral installed on porcelain insulator the panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 Class protection and made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet and 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work front and back opening type of adequate size for housing LT switchgear and measuring instruments duly powder coated after seven tank process on both sides incl internal wiring in the panel with suitable size of PVC multistanderd copper cable 1100 volt grade IS-694 and comprising of the following items :- (a) Incoming supply : (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 315Amps 35/36 KA breaking capacity, 415 Volt, 50 Hz with Thermal Magnetic Setting - 01 No (ii) LED indication lights R-Y-B - 01 Set (iii) Panel mounted multifunction meter suitable to operate on and incl CT in accuracy class 1.0, suitable 3 Phase CT network CT primary Programmable, three line baklit display of phase to phase rating Phase to neutral voltage current active power KW, KVAR, KVA and PF Frequancy.
