Supply and fix in replacement chocked radiator assembly complete by disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber, hoses & drain out the checked radiator assembly of the 400 KVA capacity of DG set and brazing the leakage pipe after completing above work fixing the new radiator assembly including all required accessories complete fixing to its original position for the DG set all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Comprehensive maintenance of DG set for the period of one year for effective and efficient functioning incl first hand repairs of replacement of all consumable and spare parts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following capacities under AGE(I) R&D Manali :-

(a) 400 KVA DG Set, Model Greaves at Power house

(b) 100 KVA DG Set, Model Greaves at Power house

(c ) 63 KVA DG Set Model Kirloskar at Power house Note : 1. Cost of labour element and cost of T & P required for changing of unserviceable part deemed to include in the rate quoted. However replaced new materials part shall be measured and for ‘Supply only’. 2. All dismantled old items (except from the items listed in schedule of credit) replaced under repair job shall be property of department.

S&F in replacement Field coil of starter with same size and gauge of super enameled copper wire as per rewinding of burnt existing varnishing, heating testing of 63 to 100KVA DG set set complete as directed

M&L for Rewinding of armature with existing size and gauge supper enameled copper wire and varnishing, heating and testing of 63 to 100KVA DG set complete as directed

Rewinding of exiter rotor winding of alternator with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing size and gauge incl varnishing, heating and servicing complete as directed upto 400 KVA DG set

Rewinding of armature exiter field winding of alternator with supper enameled copper wire with existing size and gauge incl varnishing, heating and servicing complete as directed of upto 400 KVA DG set

Overhauling, repairing, calibartion of FIP pump set with specified manufactures instruction and replacement of unserviceable component by providing new as per existing size and make all as required at site of DG Set 400 KVA

Overhauling, repairing,calibartion of FIP pump set with specified manufactures instruction and replacement of unserviceable component by providing new as per existing size and make all as required at site of DG Set 100 to 63 KVA

Disconnecting all electrical cable connection from the self starter for carring out repairs and complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts such as bendex, contracts etc and reassembling & refixing the self starter to its original position including connection of cables & testing of the following capacities of DG sets (cost of spares rewinding if any shall be measured separately under respective item in the schedule)

(a) 12 Volts DC

(b) 24 Volts DC

Supply only following spares for self starter

(a) Carbon brush

(b) Carbon brush holder

(c) Bearing of armature ( Make SKF)

(d) Bendex drive

(e) Battery terminal posltive/ Neative heavy duty of suitable model for 180 AH capacity

Disconnection U/S self starter of capacity 12 Volt DC and deposit to MES store yard where directed and supply & Fix new self starter Make: Lucas

Disconnection U/S self starter of capacity 24 Volt DC and deposit to MES store yard where directed and supply & Fix new self starter Make: Lucas

M & L for draining out from the fuel tank of sets of the following capacities and keeping it in a separate container, cleaning the fuel tank all lnemally & externally by removing all the accumulated dues sedflements, leak testing the tank and welding/brazing including one coat of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide and reflxing the tank to its original position & refilling the fuel back into the tank Note for make for all item no. 1-10.00 :- Greaves Cotton/Kirlosker/as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
