S&F false ceiling with Semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in bed block for fixing of hold fast , filling in chowkhat or any other purpose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls n.exc one brick wall, built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters (fully glazed, comprising of shutters top rail 86.17x44.45x2.3 mm, bottom and lock rail 150x44.45x2.3mm and styles 53.7x 44.45x2.3mm and including jointing cleats, aluminium snap beading 20x15mm, rubber gasket, glazing clips and with aluminium hard ware fitting fixed with steel chromium plated screws such as 2 Nos D type handle, 2 Nos 100 mm long barrel tower bolts, one floor door stopper, one brass mortice 7 lever door lock etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality glass fixed in aluminum joinery and partitions etc exc. 0.5 sqm each pane complete all specified and as directed.

S&F double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminum sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 including portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm girth and width including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F dash through bolts of dia 6 to 8mm and length not less than 80mm including drilling holess using electronics drill machine in concrete/masonry work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40mm thick PPGS (Pre-painted galvanized steel) PUF ecofriendly panel board comprising of 050mm thick pre painted MS sheet face panel sandwitched with PUF (Polyurathane foam) injected to achevied foam density notless than @ 40Kg/Cum complete all as specified and as directed.
