Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for using hydra crane height exc 10.00 Meter but n.exc. 20.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild structural steel work using hydra crane in rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild structural steel work using hydra crane in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) height exc 10.00 Meter but n.exc. 20.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in SWT covers, doors or gates, shafts, cast wheels channels, angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welded steel wire fabric of weight n.exc. 4kg/sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing de-railed Hanger doors with using hydra crane, shafts of hanger door of size exc 20 sqm but n.exc 30 sqm each including cast wheels and overhauling to existing hanger door wheels and shafts through greasing, alignment, replacing the damaged ball bearing and repair/replacement of shafts of suitable size and making functionable and refixing the bearing, wheels and shafts etc in same position height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Ball bearing, wheels and shafts shall be measured seperately under respective items as supply only under respective items.

Taking down existing de-railed Hanger doors with using hydra crane, shafts of hanger door of size exc 30 sqm but n.exc 40 sqm each including cast wheels and overhauling to existing hanger door wheels and shafts through greasing, alignment, replacing the damaged ball bearing and repair/replacement of shafts of suitable size and making functionable and refixing the bearing, wheels and shafts etc in same position height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Ball bearing, wheels and shafts shall be measured seperately under respective items as supply only under respective items.

Supply only ball bearing of size / No 6208 or equivalent as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make- TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply only hanger door wheel with rollers including required accessoriese etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only hanger door shafts made of cast iron based material suitable for hanger doors including required accessoriese etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for greasing of hanger door track with rolling wheel at top and bottom of steel gate/ hanger shutter for trouble free operation/ smooth functioning height up to 10.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length for each track shall be measured for payment.

Material and labour for welding in reapirs n.exc 2.5 cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary scaffolding required for welding work shall be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for cleaning and desluging of existing SWT (static water tank) of 10000 to 20000 gallon capacity (including removing and refixing of steel frame cover if exist at site) remove complete solid/liquid sluge by pumping or any mechanical means from inside the SWT, remove all dirt/fungle from SWT inside walls by wire brushing, rubbing and repairing the SWT walls in pathces by means of putty/plastering n.exc. 0.50 sqm in each patchese as required and finnaly applying two coats of cement base paint to SWT inside and outside complete and depositing the removed solid/liquid sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50mtr from the SWT. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate for excavating pit, bleaching powder and repairing with putty/plaster in patches n. exc 0.50 sqm each shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws height exc 10.00 Meter but n.exc. 20.00 Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing, securing, erecting only with self tapping screws including minor mason work and filling of holes etc with concrete and making good of existing 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain/corrugated steel sheet as in roof covering/cladding to wall or in any position and in patch works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for closing bolt / screws holes etc. in old corrugated steel sheets or aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25mm in length complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) n.exc.1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) exc.1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm from the frame carefully and refixed in same opening after necessary repair including easing, welding or any require item such as stay handle, rubber beading, aluminum beading etc. and making good to existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / adjusting aluminium door for holding in position to shutters in frame including replacing of old damaged adjusting bolts,cleats, rubber gas- kits, screws and aluminium sections upto 2kg for each shutters and making proper functionable to aluminium doors shutter exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated (any colour) aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

Suplly and fix 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast- aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix door stopper 150mm long cover plate, aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed to shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for hydraulic regulated door closer aluminium extruded section body designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for aluminium doors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair mortice lock, brass 4 levers vertical type, size 100 mm complete in all respect for aluminium doors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / wooden bead/ aluminium bead/ rubber bead in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or rubber beadings, clips, aluminium beadings in aluminium frame in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 mm thick (5 No of ply) veneered decorative plywood, grade1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces; fixed with screws to aluminium frame work with clips etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or nut bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel 25mm dia curtain rod fancy type with side end holder with stainless steel brackets fixing on brick/concrete wall with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing of unserviciable material from site works complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 200ml per bag (50 Kg) of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.
