Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks locally available best quality , straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred, sopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For adjustment purpose only)

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, kerbs or mud stops, top of chajjas, basement for water tank etc rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work finishing the surface even and fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, hard standing, sub base floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, paving, floor, hard standing, sub base floor etc including finishing the cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken bricks hardcore of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab in drain/mainhole set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Cost of form work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately.)

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM (1:3) including taking down old broken glass coping all as specified and directed. (Note: Broken glass shall be used not less than 2.00Kg/Sqm)

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) machine cut in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platform etc bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the granite stone including and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) as screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2008 (M-35 grade) laying over and including 50mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, railings, framed brackets, walk ways, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel work, flat iron as in fencing post support conforming fo Fe-290-Gde-E-165 complete all as spcrified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised iron chain link fencing any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only galvanised iron chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, staining bolts, etc. and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing as per relevant IS specification and as approved complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately under Item No.30.00 here-in before as "supply only")

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as per Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as spcrified and directed. (Note: Meterials to be used in item No.29.00 here-in-before)

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15mm with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolts 50mm to 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. after and including taking down old unserviceable galvanised steel barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Each line of wire to be measured).

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint(using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER using smart technique including preparation/levelling of new surface of wall using manual sand papers(where reqd) of approved grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint using air less paint sprayer having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over and including minimum 1.5mm thick wall putty using smart technique over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

De-silting/cleaning of area drainage of excavation of liquid mud/soil and removing of excavation liquid mud/soil exc 50 mtr but n.exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

S&F for continuous brick edging with burnt clay bricks of subclass 'B' brick (locally available best quality) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade B all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gate but excluding framed truss etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal any thickness or mesh, n.exc 4 Kg fixed with steel or wood fillets if any complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling worught iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.
