M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping with mechnical wall sander ( having mechinacal vaccum mechanism ) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Girt having dia of 7"/9: to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, by skilled labour complete all asspecified & directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine shoud be of reptued manufacturer with pro guard technology and capacity of tracking pressure and paint usage and certificate by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hars to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note 1 : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment by paint manufacturer. 2. The time difference between one coat and two coat will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge 3. The unit rate quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure (like staircase, mummty, OHT, Shed, Sump etc ) of any height including necessary scaffolding.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additived & colour stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 lit ( undiluted) 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, Allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified. M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spot & applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls white or tinted applying by pump roller applicator complete all as specified and as directed.
