Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (Al/Zn 150 gms/sqm) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (Al/Zn 150 gms/sqm) GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50 mm thick (designer like tile pattern or pattern as approved by GE) of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (Al/Zn 150 gms/sqm) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge or valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Note for item No 2, 3 & 4 above:-Roof sheets shall be laid only after stage passing by GE i.e after leveling of top surface of wall with PCC and placing rafters, purlins in position.

Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. quality conforming to FE 410 WA (Gde E-250 quality A) (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built but built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete, articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs any thickness at any height, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing false ceiling GRG of designer tiles as approved by GE (high pressure steam cured) of 10-12 mm thickness (as per IS :14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or Electra or equivalent) laid in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section (Galvanised@ 120 gram per Sqm on both sides inclusive and black painted groove on all 'T' webs) comsising of main T-runners with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x12mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main 'T' at 600 mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross-T of length 600 mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200x600mm panel to form grid 600x600mm and wall side angle of size 15x20mm of 0.36 mm thick sheet fixed with the help of plastic rawl plugs @ 450 mm C/C and 40mm long dry wall wood screws and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings/fixtures, smoke detectors etc., main 'T' should be suspended from bottom rafters or truss as per manufacturer's instructions using GI adjustable wire 2 mm dia in double with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm C/C along main 'T', taking down all electrical fittings and refixing the same in position after provision of false ceiling, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all 'T' section shall be pre-painted with polyster paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4 mm depth and 4.5 mm width, galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24 mm and thickness 0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth, any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of white cement priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of priming coat including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and form work wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard-wood clean sawn in scantling such as rails, posts, rafter & purlin etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 785945.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
