Providing and fixing 40mm thick Ivory coast teak wood single/double leaf glazed window shutters having styles and top rail and bottom rail 75mm width and chamferred edged moulding 20x12mm for glass panes complete including the cost of glass panes and bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 40mm thick Ivory coast teak wood wire gauge shutters using M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows and clerestorey window and providing and fixing chamferred edged beading of 20x12mm including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete as per drawing and specification and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Provding and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300mmx8mm) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in skirting, risers sof steps and dados laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of requirred shade to match the shade of tiles complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diameter with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lifts.

Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved Quality at 17 kg. for 10 sqm. Impregnated with a coat of sand at 0.06cum per 10 sqm.
