| 3 | Item No 01 : Supply, install, testing & commissioning of outdoor type, welding as recommended in IEC/IS stainless steel tank with IP-67 protection for SF-6 Tank (SS304 Tank thickness 2.5 mm) and IP 55 protection for outdoor enclosure as per IEC-60529 and IK 10 for Mechanical Impact, One Side extensible type compact RMU, 12kV, 630 Amps, 21KA for 3 second STC as per IEC-62271, completely motorized 4 Way RMU, i.e. 1 Load Break Switch (LBS) for incoming + 1 VCB module for transformer outgoing + 1 Load Break Switch (LBS) outgoing for ring formation+1 LBS as outgoing feeder. Each VCB module shall have Microprocessor based IDMT Relay, Self Powered along with series trip coil, Modbus RS485 compliant. RMU shall have copper Bus Bar inside gas tank. Capacitive voltage indication with fixed LED type for all feeder, FPI in all load break switch feeder to be provided. There shall be no relay & CT in load break switch. Temperature compensated Manometer for gas pressure monitoring, cable boots for all the switching modules and Patlon/castle key interlocked for LBS modules along with bottom cable entry and front cable termination of suitable single run 3 core upto 300 Sqmm HT cable, complete all as specified and as directed. The Vacuum Interruptor of VCB modules must be RMU manufacturer's own make. The complete compact switchgear must be type tested for Internal Arc Compliancy of 21KA/1 Sec with AFLR classification for Gas (SF6) Chamber & Cable Chamber. | 1 | Each Job | - | - |
| 4 | The Operating sequence of VCB and mechanical operations of breaker shall be as per IEC 62271 for protection of transformer and other HT switchgear connected with it. The RMU should be supplied with additional Air Insulated Bus VT metering module containing the following:-
1. Bus VT Ratio: 11KV/V3/110V/V3, 20VA, Class 0.5 for metering
2. MODBUS-RTU compliant multi-function meter with 0.5 class accuracy having facility to read the A, V, KVA KWH, KW PF Frequency etc in each VCB feeder.
3. Each VCB should have protection and metering CT seperately with 100/50/1-1A CT, 5P10, Cl. 0.5 and other items as per IEC/IS and manufacturer recommendation for which purpose VCB is being used.
4. 7.5A Battery Charger with lead-acid Battery (2 x 12VDC 26AH)
5. FRTU with 48 DI + 16DO along with complete wiring to monitor and control the complete RMU to be offered. The FRTU shall have minimum 2 nos RS485 ports to connect & integrate Relays & Meter mounted on RMU and minimum 2 nos ethernet copper ports. The complete work at site for integration of MFM & Relays into the FRTU and sending data through FO network to the SCADA control room on IEC 60870-5-104 protocol are included in this scope. | - | - | - | - |
| 5 | 6. Suitable media converter (Cu to FO) shall be provided for succesful connection establishment between FRTU & LIU.
7. Supply & installation LIU in each outdoor RMU having minimum 6 Port Single Mode Fully Loaded shall be installed. Necessary Armoured Single Mode FO Patch Cords of suitable length are to be considered and all the arrangement to be done by vendor for successfull connection with Optical fibre ring network.
8. Aux VT ( 11KV/ 230V, 500VA ) for Battery Charger
[Channel partner / System Integrator / Authorized Partner/ License partner make RMU shall not be accepted.
Note:1. PCC work/any civil work for foudation required for errection of RMU and other accessories all as per standard norms. 2. Before placing the order of RMU contractor shall submit the drawing provided by OEM for approval. 3. Drawings should be got approval from accepting officer. 4.The contractor shall submit type test certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge.
5. The contractor shall be suibmitted the NABL accrdited lab test reports in original and the same will be produced well before claiming the RAR payment. Civil & Earthing Works is deemed to be included in the quoted rate :- Foundation-RCC foundation with anchor bolts as per manufacturer recommendation. contractor has to submit the drawing of RCC foundation and the same should be approved by GE. | - | - | - | - |
| 6 | 6. The RMU shall be tested by representative of Accepting Officer at factory before dispatch. All arrangements for the same shall be arranged by the contractor. 7. The factory inspection will be carried by rep of Accepting of Officer.
8. Final commissioning should be in front of SEI after SEI inspection.
9. After installation of RMU at site, for commissioning by SEI the Contractor shall be intimated to the department well in advance.
Note : Anything missed out above but technically required for satisfactorily completion of the job as p[er OEM/relavant IS is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 2. All equipment, materials and workmanship shall comply in every respect with the latest applicable indian standard or coresponding IEC standards whereever available and applicable.
3. In case of any deviation between the provisions of the specification and those of the relevant IS/IEC standards, the provision of the latest IS/IEC standard shall govern. 4. In absence of any specific mention, it shall be deemed that the equipment fully complies with the relevant IS/IEC Standard and the requirement of the specification. | - | - | - | - |
