Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware,AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 01 above but 200mm dia pipe all as directed.

All as per item No 01 above but 300mm dia pipe all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.50m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for foundation extc or manhole pire hole or laying of sewer pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil as directed.

All as per item no 04 above but deepth exc 1.5m but nexc 3.00m all as specified and as directed.

M & L for beding to drain pipes including packing under and hunching in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 MM graded aggregate against the side of 150mm SWG/ NP2 pipes after they are laid and tested for following dia bore pipe all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6.00 above but 200mm dia pipes all as directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipe class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

Retunning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm .

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50m and depositing where directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slab supported on wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick surface/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4.

S&F MS steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut including 10mm dia cut to length ,bent to shaprequired including cranking bending for hooping for column ,hooking ends and bindings with and including mild steel wire (annealel)not less than 0.9mm dia.

M&L cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copping all as directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in benching of manhole including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of morter for laying floor finishes CM 1:6 complete.

M&L for Non- skid Ceramic coloured tiles (Digital series) 7 to 8mm thick (square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Digital series of Somany/Johnson or in equavalent) 450x300mm x 7mm thick in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat of CM 1:4 10mm thick etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as directed.

S&F 15mm dia Steel tubing medium grade Galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors all as directed.

S&F in repair low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity bbody moulded from virgin quality high impact poly propoliyone and functional parts moulded from engneelicy grade ABS nylon and nylon glan complete incl brackets and 15mm bore 450mm long PVC connection all as directed by E-I-C.

S&F PVC water connection 600 mm long to wash basin of 15mm dia including CP nuts and washers all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding, flushing cistern and flush pipe) squatting pan including connection 'P' trap and to flushing pipe complete.

S&F in repairs for vitreous china urinal bowl type of size 465x 355 x 265 complete including providing and fixing plugs bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar cm 1:2 securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws pointed around urinal back in cement fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets flush pipe grating and union for discharge pipe complete

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs and removing to store all as directed

All as per item No 36.00 above but exc 500 ltrs but n exc 1000 ltrs all as directed.

S&F 500 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I.

Dismantling of 100mm dia cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as directed

M&L 100mm did Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors/wall all as directed.

M&LSalt-glazed stoneware gully traps 125x100mm, square or round mouthed, tvpe 'P' all as directed.

Cleaning of manhole of size 600mm to 1000mm depth by bailing out water taking out sludge & removing the sludge out side M.D land complete. NOTE:-MAKING A PATHWAY IF REQUIRED AT ANY PLACE FOR MOVEMENT OF JETTING MACHINE AND DUMP TAK IS INCLUSIVE IN THE RATES ANY CLEANING WILL HAVE TO DONE BY JETTING AND SUCTION IS MANDATORY

Sewage lines cleaning of size 150mm and over including maneholes through super sucker machine which have both function jetting and suction and have water tank capacity min 4000ltr and dump tank capacity min 8000ltr and root type blower capacity 5900 cubic metre per hour operated high preassure suction per cum jetting sewage cleaning machine capacity including skilled operator supervising Engineer for cleaning/partial desilting of manholes upto any depth and sewer line as guide lines laid in IS-11972 (1987) and complete cleaning of size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:-MAKING A PATHWAY IF REQUIRED AT ANY PLACE FOR MOVEMENT OF JETTING MACHINE AND DUMP TAK IS INCLUSIVE IN THE RATES.
