Manning & Operation of 132kV MRS at NAOB Rambilli by providing the manpower for each shift at round the clock are as under. (a) Electrician (Skilled) - 01No (detailed for three Shift) (b) Helper (Semi-skilled) - 01 No (detailed for three Shift) The undermentioned plants/machinery to be undertaken for supervision and maintaining the parameters. (a) 132kV Switchyard (b) 132kV Gas Insulated System (c) 10/16kVA Power Transformers - 02 Nos (d) SCADA system (e) Incoming/Outgoing HT switchgears (f) Stn Transforemer 500kVA - 01 No (g) Control and relay panels (h) Capacitor bank and APFC Panel Visual Cheking (a) All equipments/items to be visually checked by the operator and serviceability report to be filled in log sheet. Any fault or unserviceable of eqpts to be informed to Engineer/JE E/M otherwise EIC. Monitoring of Eqpts (a) Daily log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor & the log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per Performa given by the department be inspected thoroughly before switching on. (b) Maintaining duty log sheet and checking all parameter of metering devices.

(c) Checking of various meters for measurement of current, voltage etc, including recording of these readings in log sheet and also recording of any unwanted signal of spark, sound in switchgears/eqpts etc. (d) Switchgear and equipments shall be properly cleaned. (e) Dress shall be provided for every shift operator (dress colour to be approve prior of Engr-in-Charge). (f) One basic mobile phone with sim to be provided at site for commnication and fault rectification. (g) Minor complaints to be attend by the technician given by the concerned JE/EIC. (h) Conveyance facility to be provided by the contractor in station premises for attending the faults/complaints. Note :-1. The rate shall be included for above said work 2. The unit rate will deem to be include the cost of Tools, alluminium ladder, transportation of mechanics, etc. Timing of shifts:- Ist Shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (b) Electrician (Skilled) - 01No (c) Helper (Semi-skilled) - 01 Nos IInd Shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (b) Electrician (Skilled) - 01No (c) Helper (Semi-skilled) - 01 Nos IIIrd Shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs (b) Electrician (Skilled) - 01No (c) Helper (Semi-skilled) - 01 Nos

The Electrical Engineer (Highly skilled) for General shift (a) Electrical Engineer -01 No (with atleast 33KV Electrical General Shift (0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs) Note :-1. The rate for eight hours per day for complete month excluding Sundays and holidays. Manpower on Sundays & Holidays required on emergency shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Manning & Operation of 2.5 MLD Water treatment plant at NAOB Rambilli by providing the manpower for each shift at round the clock are as under. (a) FGM (Skilled) - 01No (detailed for three Shift) (b) Helper (Un-skilled) - 01 No (detailed for three Shift) The undermentioned plants/machinery to be undertaken for supervision and maintaining the parameters. (a) Inlet and outlet pumpsets for suction (raw water) and delivery (clear water) (b) Agitator tank (c) Chemical dosing pumps (d) Lamina clarifier (e) Clarified water tank (f) Multi grade filter (g) Active carbon filter (h) Control panel and SCADA Panel (i) Any other item part of the water treatment plant.
