Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor, any type and size and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Dismantling stay assembly complete (including demolition of concrete, etc. and excavatio required) and removing from site, complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18cm thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required, including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm including cutting and removing existing unserviceable joint, including earth work complete, near 2 pole structure / HT Panel board / transformer and taking out loop cable from trench and refilling the trench with excavated material all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, vertical mounting type with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 200 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified & directed

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Stay assembly complete with all accessories such as stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, stay rod 20 mm dia and 215cm long threaded end with nuts including 14mm dia GI stay bow. turn buckle, etc. complete, all as shown in Electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part- I (2009) complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc., demolition and removal of demolished concrete outside defence land complete.

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Cable route indicator post of size 900mmx300mmx 100mm made out of precast cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, rounded tops as directed and embedded in ground (450mm below and 450mm above ground level) , including PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate block of size 350mmx150mmx 450mm with 5mm thick plastering all round the exposed surfaces of post above ground level in CM 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint on plastered surfaces and writing letters (Like HT under ground cable, __feeder etc.) with synthetic enamel paint in brown colour in suitable size including necessary earth work and form work , complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement of HT busbar box of size 900mmx1200mmx900mm, control panel board 11000 Volts, 3 phase for outdoor installation kisok type with sloping canopy , fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3,15 mm thick, including 400 Amp Aluminium bus bar, angle iron 40x40x5mm 600mm above ground and flat iron sections of suitable size with opening on front door in two halves fitted with handle and bolt for pad lock, The panal door shutter to be fixed with stainless steel hinges(heavey duty) with door stoppers, door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. Panel shall be factory made cubical type dust and vermin proof, outdoor type, IP-54 standard with front side opening of powder coated, machine pressed front opening in two halves with rubber gasket/bedding, locking arrangement with sliding bolt including 400Amp Aluminium bus bar aluminium bus bar of size 50 x 10 mm and 80 cm long 3 strips mounted on HT insulators. Each strip should be mounted minimum two insulator and nut bolt, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame including heat shrinkable sleeve and legs made from angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm and legs 40 cm long duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete incoming/outgoing cable and earth work such as excavation and removal of surplus soil etc.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4), type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC (1:2:4), type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
