REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FLOORING, DADO, PLINTH PROTECTION CERTAIN MISC B/R WORK IN TEMPLE LINE,STN HQ, MH/MDC/SHO, MES, ASC ASRI IN RAMGARH CANTT

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in levelling course,kerb/ benching/ coping /window cill etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B - 1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing,even & smooth using extra cement including fixing of glass strip complete all as specified and directed. Note: Glass Strip shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300 mm x7mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in skirting, dado etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
