Registration and renewal details of the organization registered with the compilent authority (Copy of registration certificate, number and date to be attached)

Necessary documentation issuance of identity card printed and issued to state level government / semi-government departments / private individuals in the last three years (2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) should be attached. (Experience Certificate)

Necessary documentation of at Rs.10.00 lakhs of business per year in the last five years (2019-20, TO 2023-24) or total business of Rs.50.00 lakhs in 05 years should be attached.

Non blacklisted by any government department Rs. 100 Bond paper to be submitted with atteste seal and signature

Self attested copies of all the copies enclosed in the tender shall be attached.

On the condition that the tenderers have agreed to produce artist identity cards within 20 days of the tender mandate, Submission of confirmation in 100s printed paper.(notary)

Details prof of Own Printing Machineries and equipments with photo attested the copy

Per day production capacity certificate as to be compalsury submitted with attested copy

Copy of certificate with GST number registered under Central Service Tax (GST) should be attached

income tax paid certificate for last 5 years (2019-20,TO 2023-24

Compulsory submission of latest six months GST certificate.(feb to july 2024)
