00010:SERVICE OF ALL 3 BLOWERS IN ONE VISIT SCHEDULE OF VISITS Travel: 1 Mechanical Engineer 2 days 1 Electrical Engineer 2 days On Site: Mechanical Engineer 19 days Electrical Engineer 16 days WORKING HOURS 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for entire duration of job including saturday, sunday and local public holidays. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Howden Thomassen Compressors India Private Limited's (HTCIPL) authorized service representative shall visit the site once a year for carrying out Preventive maintenance on all the Blowers installed at site. This shall include maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronIc parts/sub-assemblies. PROGRAMME OF WORK 1) Complete overhaul of all 3 blowers in order to maintain the blower units at its maximum efficiency. 2) Subject to oil sample analysis, annually drain off the oil in baseplate sump and clean out. Refill with new oil to the correct level. 3) Servicing and Cleaning of Oil/Air Cooler and period of the same to be recommended. 4) Annual examination of all the relief valves and replacement of any defective parts. Ensuring that they are reset to their original operating pressure. 5) Removal of VVD assembly as per the overhaul requirements. 6) Removal and Inspection of all the Non-return valves and if necessary springs, pins and retainers should be replaced. 7) Greasing of Actuators output mechanisms. And checking torque switch mechanism to ensure accuracy.

00040:Hotel Charges for stay of Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer during AMC visit. The Unit 'EA' represents hotel charges per day for staying one Mechanical/Electrical Engineer. To be reimbursed as per actuals with documentary evidence.

00050:To and Fro Flight Charges for Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer. The Unit 'EA' represents To and Fro Flight Charges for one Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer. Flight charges of business class travel from GLASGOW airport to VADODARAairport to be reimbursed as per actuals with documentary evidence.

00060: Fooding and Out of Pocket Allowance charges of one Mechanical/ Electrical engineer. The Unit'EA' represent per day charges of Fooding and Out of Pocket Allowance of one Mechanical/ Electrical engineer.

00070:Visa Expenses. Unit "EA' represent visa Expenses for one Mechanical/Electrical Engineer. Visa charges shall be reimbursed as per actuals against documentaryevidence

00080:Special Tool Delivery on Returnable basis. Unit "LS" represent charges per visit.

00090:Service of Turbines in One Visit-AMC Services of Two numbers of Turbines by Manufacturer. Unit "LS" represent service charges per visit.
