Routine Maintenance Assistance contract for Fire Alarm System of NRL for the year 2020, 2021, 2022,2023 Three year contract period) as per detail scope of the Work described in SOR, Scope and technical tender document. Detail manpower calculation along with nos of manpowers required are shown in the SOR 1st Page.

SOR Jobs _Annual Maintenance for FA

Paint finish coating works on road side fire alarm call point stands (including tag plate writing on each I stand) with High Gloss PU paint (two or more coats) of NRL approved make including preparation of surface, supply of paint and other consumable like brush thinner and other accessories etc. required to complete the job. Total Nos of road side and other MCPs is 180 nos. approx. & considering painting once a year.

Removing of weeds completely within 2 meter surrounding radius of each road side MCPs (total no of road side MCPs is approx 180 nos) including spraying of insecticide, supply of insecticides & accesories etc required for the job shall be provided by the contractor.The said job to be done 3 times a year.

Laying of FA cables including transportation from the WH, dressing, clamping (with aluminium clamp with 600 mm interval), tagging (engraved on Aluminium plate), glanding, ferruling, termination and inclusive of supply of consumables like cable tie, ferrules, aluminium clamp/ cable tag but exclusive of supply of cables.Type and size: Armored, OD : 0.75" (approx.)

Installation of GI cable traysInstallation of GI cable trays including transportation from the WH, preparation of cable tray ( length of per piece tray: 2.5 mtrs. approx.) by jointing with plates, Installation of the cable trays on existing support, transportation of scrap trays (if any) to the scrap yard and inclusive of supply of rustproof metallic nut/bolts for jointing/mounting etc. but exclusive of supply of tray/jointing plate. Tray Size: 60mm to 100 mm

Construction of concrete underground foundation base for mounting support of instrument/tray including excavation, preparation of concrete foundation (approx. :200mm x 300mm x 400mm) with bolts ( 4 nos.) etc. inclusive of supply of nut/ bolts (CS), cement, stone, sand, rod etc. as applicable ;suitable for sizes of support: upto 2" dia, 1.5 mtr. height.

Excavation of cable trench (200 X 350mm) for burying cables, preparation of the same for laying cables, back filling and compacting including the supply of material like brick / sand etc. required for back filling/ compacting.

Providing tool & tackles to contractor workmans during the contractual period as per tender scope
