Dismantling of road studs from existing road surfaces.

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc :

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq meters

Bituminous concrete 30 mm thick (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ min. 5.4 % of mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a self-propelled paving machine equipped with an electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with 8-10 tonne static weight or vibratory roller or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight to achieve the desired compaction as per approved design mix. for Grading-I ( 13 mm nominal size )

Providing and laying Asphalt painting on B.T. surface with bitumen grade 60/70 (VG-30) @ rate of 10 kg/10 smt by Mechanical sprayer and spreading the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of 0.03 cum/10 smt. and rolling with smooth wheeled and penumatic roller and brushing etc. comp.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) also making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq.m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq.m., blinded with 0.09 cu.m. of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will be rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder, and chippings) Depth of potholes exc 30 mm

Milling the existing bituminous pavement up to a depth of 50 mm by milling machine in a single cutting depth, to make a uniform surface without disturbing the base including diversion of traffic, removing milled materials and disposal of milled material to an approved dumping yard (within 5 km lead) including loading and unloading, all leads and lift, fuel, lubricant charges etc complete
