Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on stone walls etc incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on roof and finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing bituminious felts etc incl bedding layer complete all as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs using 3mm thick APP in following stages :- (a) M & L 10mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L applying first coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.300 Kg/Sqm over plastered surfaces. (c) Over the primed surfaces applying a tack coat of hot Industrial bitumen grade 85/25 applied @ 1.20/Sqm. (d) Over the tack coat applied surfaces applying 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of singlenonwoven polyesterreinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/Sqm. The APP membrane shall be laid with a side overlap of minimum 75mm & end overlap of minimum 100 mm. Note : For vertical surfaces like parapets etc not exc 30 cm in height the treatment as specified above shall be taken upto the full height & over the width of the parapet wall. Where the height of the vertical surfaces of parapet wall is exc 30 cm in heigh tthe treatment shall be inserted in the wall at 30 cm height by cutting a groove of size 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm all as specified and directed at site. APP treatment shall be carried out by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer

M & L for applying two coats of Aluminium paint of over the dried & cured surfaces of APP membrane of approved make all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for 20-22 mm thick hydraulically pressed cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm conforming to IS 1237-1980 laid over 15mm thick bedding in cement moretar (1:4), joints grouted and flush pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions. The tiles shall be laid either through authorised applicator who has laid the APP membrane or by the contractor under the supervision of the authorised applicator of APP membrane.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded aggregate for filling into sunken floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick and finishing the surface rough to receive tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing plaster on stone masonry surface for sunken portion in CM 1:3, 15 mm thick with integral water proofing compound at the rate of 2 % by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.(WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq. m including cleaning surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.
