PART-A

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide &fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure, Disposal of waste materials, Manual/Mechanized sweeping of roads & path ways and maintenance of other garden related works as per scope of work and as directed by office-in-charge. All ( tools and tackles are borne by Vendor) ( Good earth , fertilizers, pesticides will be paid separately) Approx. quantity : 38880 sqm per month x 12 months x 2 years = 933120 Sqm. per year

Clearing of wild growth (other than garden area) by mechanical trimming up to ground level and disposing of the same. This operation shall be carried throughout the year in line with gardens to avoid over growth of unwanted vegetation inside/outside the factory premises. Approx. quantity : 24500 Sqm and about 8 operations per year (24500 Sqm x 8 times x 2 Years = 392000 Sqm)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

PART-B

Supply of tractor with trailer (self tipping facility to accommodate about 8 cum of loose filling green waste) including Driver and required manpower in order to remove the green waste generated in the gardens including lawn cutting waste, plant trimmed waste and other greenery related waste material and disposing the same at designated place in the BEL campus (approx. 10 km per day) as instructed by Concerned BEL rep etc., complete. (Total Quantity = 50 days x 2 years = 100 days) Note: Day means one tractor with driver for 8 hours shift.

Carrying out day-to-day road sweeping works in BE factory premises by using mechanized road cleaning machine / equipment or manually as per the scope of work. Total quantity =15200sqm per day x 26 days per month x 12 Months x 2 years = 9484800 sqm per annum

Supply of unskilled manpower as and when required (including Sundays and Holidays) for watering of lawns, potted plants, trimming and pruning of tree branches, jungle clearance, cleaning of open storm water drains, including operating of garden equipments (Bush cutters, Lawn mowers, Tree cutting machines etc.,) and other Horticulture related works or as directed by Concerned BEL rep etc., complete. In addition to above items Total quantity = 624 maydays per year x 2 years = 1248 mandays

Supply of well decomposed dry farm yard Cow dung Manure free from soil and undecomposed grass etc. at site as per the specification and as per the direction of Concerned BEL rep when required for horticulture work. (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). Total quantity = 120 cum per year x 2 years = 240 cum

Supply of Good Quality Neem cake Total quantity = 450 Kgs per year x 2 years = 900 Kgs

Supply of Good Quality Insecticide for pest control. Total quantity = 15 liters per year x 2 years = 30 litres

Supply of Good quality Acaricide Total quantity = 30 Kgs per year x 2 years = 60 Kgs

Supply of Good quality Fungicide for controlling fungus related diseases in plants. Total quantity = 15 Kgs per year x 2 years = 30 Kgs

Supply of Good quality Urea. Total quantity = 300 Kgs per year x 2 years = 600 Kgs
