Supply and fixing of Overhead or cantilever type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel, faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter and logo with overlay film type of sheating after the etching treatment of aluminium sheeting.The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy or powder coating.This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 angle iron

Supply of steel structure in single section Built up section frame from M.S. black pipes ( medium duty) as per IS 1239(part1)1979 with connecting plate anchor bolts including cutting, welding, bolting, fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts.

Foundation work of foundation in RCC 1 2 4 including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering ,backfilling and removal of excess earth as per drawing.

Erection with gantry crane at site including nut bolting etc.

Providing and Fixing of Glow sign boards showing the coloured map at Industrial area Salarpur along with following nomenclature i. Size of the board is 2.70x1.80x0.20 mtr ii.The layout map of Industrial Area should be digitally printed on back lit flex banner for glow guide map. iii. Box should be made of G.I. sheet 22 Gauge thick and supported by frame of MS square pipe,size 25x25 mm. iv. The board should be guarded with safety nets of M.S. square wire mesh (25 by 25 mm) duly supported with MS angle and flats as per atached drawing. v. Adequate LED lighting inside the guide map should be provided with complete electrical wiring and fixture. Providing and fixing cable of size 2 by 6 sqmm from guide map to nearest power supply point. vi. The stand or angle iron frame or supporting structure made out of 4 nos. of M.S. angle of size 65x65x6 mm size and M.S. flat of size 65x6 mm should be grouted firmly in ground with cement concrete grade 1 1.5 3 of size 0.60x0.75x0.90 m as per foundation detail attatched. vii.The work also includes painting of two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint over steel primer on entire structure. The entire work should be done as per direction and with satisfaction of Engineer incharge.
