Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 15-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting / dado verticle surface 15-18 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital print tiles size (300 x 200 mm/ 300 x 450 mm, 6 to 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixed steel in repairs windows with side hung shutters with box type hinges, 3mm thick, 100 mm long copper oxidised finished mild steel handle and 3 mm thick 300 mm long mild steel copper oxidised finished peg stays, with glazing bars , dovetailed or welded including factory priming coating complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with out glazing bars , dovetailed or welded including factory priming coating complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing and as directed.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. Material and labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be apply in second layer and measured and paid separately) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing the roof surfaces with clean, dust free on dry surfaces for water proofing treatment as follows :- (a) One coat of bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm is applied on the roof and parapet (b) 4 mm thick polymetric membrane weight not less than 5.14 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on the hot bitumen applied surface. With overlaps maintained at 10 cms and 7.50 cm at side. APP membrance shall be fixed thermo-fused by flame torch as per manufacturer instruction. Polymeric membrance shall be be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and finished by membrance flashing. (c) Finished with a coat of bituminous aluminum primer @ 100 grams / Sqm complete all as specified in application manual of the company and as directed. Note: The work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer and APP memberance and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,laying for UG cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.
