Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete(Type B-1 1:2:4 ) 20mm graded stone aggegrate as in pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) walls or retaining walls, any thickess, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Galvanised iron Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, tubular, channel or flat sections), including distance piece, cleats etc fixing complete using Fe-410-W( Gde E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc., complete using Fe-410-W( Gde E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long with 5 to 10mm dia of neck, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Porbandar stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.50 Metre deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 500 Metre and not exceeding 1.50 Km depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 80mm thick M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
