Repair/Replacement of Water proofing Treatment to certain buildings of F1, F2 and WPF inside factory at AFK.

Amount

Stripping out/ taking down existing water proofing treatment with plaster from roof slab and parapet walls and stone slab etc. including hacking for key, raking out joints and scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (cleaning, repairing etc. measured separately) capacity exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 litres.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store as directed by Engg-in-Charge for bore of pipe 20mm.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc.)

Cutting & screwing exisiting steel tubing (dia of pipe 20mm) for alteration or addition (or for lengthening screw on pipe to from connector)

Cutting and uprooting/ plants of tree/plants/bushes/shrubs growing overwall, roof and slab of any position and any location in the building including cutting of brick work or concrete in position not exc. 1 sqm in area up to full depth of roof.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced looser PCC/ cement mortar at roof slab or of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as directed by EIC.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls/ roofs in CM 1:4 including finishing the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for providing cement concrete type I (M-15) 1:2:4 mix (20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete fair finished.with necessary centering

Supply for liquid waterproofing compound for mixing in cement concrete/ mortar as specified

M&L for providing WPT by using membrane over roof & vertical surface, consisting of applying oil bonded bituminous primer coat at 0.30 kg/m2 on a clean & dry surface & then providing a layer of APP modified membrane 3mm thick weighing approx. 4 kg /m2with non woven polyester reinforcement with very thin polyethylene film on both side with thermofusion process by gas regulated torch & finally applying one coat of super silver sheld aluminium based bituminous paint all as per specification & as directed by E-in-C. Make: Tiki, IWL or equivalent.

Removing surplus excavated and demolished material/PCC/ old tarfelt to a distance not exc 1.50 KM and depositing where directed.
