Maintenance of tubewells which includes complete repairs / rewinding of submersible pump set including cost of Material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer in charge for tubewell per month

8.0 HP to 10.0 HP (17 TW * 12 Month = 204)

Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering,JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department.

Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed. 1 km to 50 km - one fitter-II & one beldar (56 km* 12 Month =672 KM)

Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) In all type Soil

Cleaning of Over Head Service Reservoir ( OHSR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir. OHSR Capacity 101 to 200 KL

Cleaning of Ground Water Reservoir ( GLR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir. GLR Capacity 31 to 50 KL

Restoration of cement concrete road including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compacting cement concrete (M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction of engineer incharge. The rate includes the making of pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.

Replacement of existing wire mesh on ventilators of GLRs, OHSRs, CWRs etc. with 16 mm dia MS vertical bars placed at 10 cms wherever required, having 16-gauge wire mesh with a inner base of expanded jali welded around with vertical bars

Turning of various sizes of CID Joints Class- 10/ 15 Complete set (Labour Charges), The Joints will be supplied by the Junior Engineer concern of Department and carting to workshop and after turning of these joints, firm is liable to transport upto Junior Engineer concern's store own his cost.

Welding on CI/DI pipes with CI/DI welding rod including making leak proof joints as site (8 mm thick in three layers round welding)

Supply of Gap pieces to raise handpumps by fixing 6 mm thick base plates on both sides on 150 mm MS pipe including making proper holes on both plates, welding , grinding etc. The length of the 150 mm pipe used not be more than 30 cm.

Taking out with care the M.S. iron ladder fixed at OHSR , repairing, welding etc and fixing back at reservoirs including all labour and material.

Replacement of existing copper float dia 300 mm and iron counter weight for water level indicator
