REPAIR/MAINT OF HOT/COLD WEATHER APPLIANCES INCLUDING SOLAR WATER HEATER REFRIGERATOR, DEEP FREEZER, HEATING PLAN AND OTHER E/M OF WORKS AT MIL STN PITHORAGARH AND CONNECTED AREA UNDER GE PITHORAGARH

DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Checking of fault and rectify in Solar water Heater by deputing adequate number of qualified Solar technician/Plumber and helper with necessary T&P and safety tools etc and ensure that free & consistant flow of water through inlet to outlet of solar water heater, to restore water flow in to heater in working condition after rectifying the fault with items replacement of Bend, Elbow,Tee, Socket, Union, Reducer elbow,Reducer Tee, Reducer socket, Hex Nipple, Tank Nipple, Plug, Nipple, Etc (ISI Marked)and existing size GI Pipe up to 1.5 m (ISI Marked) (if GI Pipe requried more then 1.5 Rm will be paid separately). complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Checking of Electric fault and rectify in Solar water Heater by deputing adequate number of qualified Solar technician/Electrician and helper with necessary T&P and safety tools etc and ensure that proper electrical connection from burnt copper conductor by replacement of copper conductor of 4/6 sqmm up to 2.0 meter of three run in existing conduit/casing caping , replcement of MCB,thimble, and making proper connection to ensure electric supply to stand by heating element of solar water heater.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: if submain requried more than 2.0 Rm will be paid separately).

M&L for opening of solar plate & repairing of leakage copper pipe with complete gas welding/soldering / M-seal as required on complete copper tubing in solar water heater and after completion of job reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Dismantling exisiting solar water heater 100/200Ltr and descaling the pipe by descaling agent EIS-DA (descaling chemical for all type metal) the same reassembling after completion the work ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Descaling agent shall be paid and measured separately

Supply EIS-DA (descaling chemical for all type metal) as complete

M&L Cleaning of overhead tank 200 Ltr by cleaning brush complete draining of old water and checking no float valve broken or no leakage found after cleaning of OH tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L in repair for opening of MS stand/cage of tank for welding of stand with replacement of hinge at required position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of existing solar water heater 100/200 Ltr and welding /brazing of leakage tank at any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of float valve of solar water heater tank & repairing of float valve leakage and refixing the same, using M-seal and teflon tape to stop water flow spill out lekage in existing solar water heater and after completion of job reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
