Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification pf 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-inCharge through all modes of transportation including ha]ead load, animal load or mechanucal means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour (if required). All useful material such as stones,shingles and slates shall be properly stacked at site other wiese recovery to the maximum possible extent in all lesds and lifts through all modes of transportation and sued/removed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :Foundation and plinth.including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming and consolidating and dressing complete. including carriage with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling properly hand packed under floor including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering. Shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in:-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.square,rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Beams,cantilever,girders and lintels.Sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings,cantilevers,bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

Providing & Laying cement concrete work 1 :1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of formm work and reinforcement for Reinforcement concrete work in with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Column,pillars,posts and struts upto floor two level.

Suspended floors roofs,landings and shalves and their supports,balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Square rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in cement mortor 1.6 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level second class brick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cemnet :6 sand) including carriage with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD.specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.2nd class bricks including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, window,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position.Second class teak wood.including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary sctews.40mm thick.2nd class teak wood.40mm thick.including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD., specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc.with M.S.Flats,square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws.Plain grill. complete all respect including carriage of material within all leads and lift in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80mmx1.25mm M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft,with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring.Shutters having width below 3.5 metres.

Providing and fixing 27.5 centimetre long wire spring grade No.2 for rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters.Shutters having width below 3.5 metre.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolt (barrel type) anodized transparent or died to required shade and color with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge:

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings.complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge:

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal roundeed angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in plinth protection in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate twenty mm nominal size crushed) 50mm thick. Within all leads & lifts and other incidental as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plaster skirting (upto 30cm height) with cement morter 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor. 20 mm thick with in all leads & lifts and other incidental as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops,dust,loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade ober and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foregin matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.Priming coat with distemper primer.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Wall painting (two coats ) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface fee from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil ,grease,dirt and other foreign matter ) sand papering and knotting.Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stoping.With enamel paint other than white.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing under layer to plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm normal size with ramming and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc.and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregated twenty mm nominal size broken/crushed) within all leads & lifts and other incidental as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15cm. Wide 45 cm. overall semicircular plain G.I. sheetgutter with iron brackets 40X3mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design. 0.80mm thick sheet.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5Kg/sqm including filling te joints with approved adhesive complete.150mm dia pipes

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints
