PART - B Supply, stacking and spreading of graded crusher brocken hard stane aggregate fee from organic matter including stacking & spreading in yard/trenches as per the standard specification of size 40mm to 63 mm including all lead & lift, transportation, labour, loading, unloading & T&P required for graveling work as per direction if Engineer incharge incl.dressing & leveling.

P&F steel almirah shutters for almirahs & wardropes in different sizes as per site requirement made with 20 Gauge CNC sheet & having three way locking devices with six brass lever double lock and godrej type handle 10mm dia locking rods, painted with three coats of superior quality danedar synthetic enmeled paint over approved quality primer coat etc. complete in all respect including fixing at site with help of suitable holdfast or nuts & bolts etc. (measurement shall made for front visible position / size of shutter including frames.

Supply, stacking, spreading & hand ramming of quarry rubbish in layer not exceeding 15 cm (loose) incl. all lead & lift, transportation, loading,unloading with water & hand ranning with labour incl. T&P, machinery, water etc. complete in all respect finishing in lying, level and camber as per direction of Engineer in charges.

Demolishing of existing division office building situated at JPD premises in Housing board R.mandi power house with care & safety to avoid any damage to surrounding. The job also includes cost of all T&P, labour, machines required for job and dismantling of all items like parapet, roof (RCC/stone patti), walls, lintels, chajjas, doors, chokhats, windows, floor, DPC, sanitary system, plinth, masonary etc. upto ground level with desposal of serviceable & unserveable material received from demolishing upto suitable dumping ground or suitable premises of agency as no recovery will be done for serviceable material complete for all lead & lift as per direction of engineer incharge. The rate for this job should be quoted/analysed by considering no recovery will be made for all serviceable materials which received from demolishing of said building.

Repair of existing B/Wall gate (inc. wicket gate if required) by providing necessary hinges/ sleeve, flat, pins, certain missed member of pipe, welding, transportation etc. complete for all lead & lift as per direction of Engineer incharge. Item including removing of gate freight charges with rent of welding machine up to site and back.

Drilling holes & cut in angle to fix barbed wire including all labour T&P complete in all respect.
