Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m deep as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft walls, cesspit, manhole etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm

M & L for broken brick aggregate hard core of gauge not exec 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed toa true surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement, (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) finished even and fair.

Supply of Liquid water proofing compound : Make Dr fixid ( as per manufacturers & Instructions).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces by applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer. Make : Nerolac (Beauty), Asian Paint Ltd, Barger (Bison)

Excavating post holes (or similer holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out,returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distence n.exc 50m making gd surface soft/loose soil surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 ( 40mm graded aggregate ) in foundations,filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel in joist channel angle or Tee section fxed indipendently wthout connecting plates etc confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B of all specified and directed.

S&F froof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B of all specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

M & L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L pre polished machine pressed chequred 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25 mm thick tiles set jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed (1:4) fixed as per manufacturer instruction.

Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete Type B2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as per Specified and directed by Engr In Charge

S&F Stainless steel pipes of grade 304H, polished for ladder of swimming pool and in parapet railing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain black sheet 1.00mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates & similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets & fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

S& F PVC HIP retro reflective sheet (make 3M or equivalent) in multicolour feauthering self adhesive , pressure sensitive and high visibility use for base, sign ,symbol or letter writing in multiple layers complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
