Supply & installation including Lifting shifting & transportation of VRF/VRV Outdoor machines for air conditioning system, based on variable refrigerant flow-R410a, comprising of one or more variable output compressors (Inverter Scroll type), condenser coil & fins provided with special anti-corrosive treatment, necessary accessories for oil separation, moisture removal, flow control, interconnecting piping, condenser air fan, electrical and microprocessor based panel, interconnecting cabling, all housed inside a weather-proof cabinet suitable for exposed installation on terrace. The panel must be 100% compatible with BMS. The unit/s provided with self-addressable control system for control of indoor & other outdoor machines. The capacity & power consumption curves deration / correction factor curves / charts for indoor temperature and piping derations must be submitted with offer, along with duly filled up data sheet in the attached format. The combination of ODUs should be in a way to achieve more than 3.6 COP at 100% capacity, and maximum 2 ODU / compressor models. OEM Suggested suitable MCBDB for each unit in the scope of contractor. Outdoor unit consisting of hermetically sealed rotary compressor,necessary safety devices, adequate capacity of air cooled condenser,all mounted on M S Frame and enclosed with a weather type enclosure to protect the electrical circuit and fan winding The indoor unit consists of evaporator fan capable of developing min static pressure,copper refrigerant piping with insulation (not exceeding 9m for each unit) connecting indoor and outdoor units and wired & wireless both type remote controller, includes necessary accessories for fixing and mounting etc all complete as required. The installation to include the breaking and making good walls for refrigerant piping with insulation, indoor to outdoor cabling and wiring to nearest power source as per site conditions. STRUCTURAL FABRICATED STEEL WORK: : Supply, Fabrication , Cutting, Welding , Erection at site and painting of M. S. Angle structural steel work for required truss, AHU/ODU /Supporting structurer/etec. & as per site requirements, etc. based on the approved drawings. The work should be carried out as per good manufacturing and installation practices in concurrence with approved drawings. The structural steel materials should confirm to IS : 2062 (latest version) as per drawings. All welding electrodes to confirm to relevant IS codes. Fabrication and erection of the structural steel works shall be as per IS: 800 and welding work as per IS:816 and IS: 822. Finally all steel work to be painted with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of Metal primer paint.
