Execution of works -(As per CPWD specifications 2019 as well as approved by the Site Incharge.)

Earth work in excavation for foundation of column and tie beam and banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with roller and dressing up in embankments, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 5.00 cm thick sand cushion in the foundation of boundary wall for strengthening of bearing capacity of sub soil etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Erection and dismantling of double scaffolding system all around the boundary wall upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with bamboo, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical joint with bamboo, coir string and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of works and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen including cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), in foundation, colums, beams ,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and superstructure including placing in position, curing etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge..

20 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including finishing, curing etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge
