Dismantling of existing distance to go marker (DTGM) boards of any size and description fixed in any position from shoulders of runway and stacking and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Visibile three face distance to go marker,each face (perforated) of size 1.20m x 1.50m of traingular (hollow) shape,made of frangible high grade reinforced plastic board,internal structure fabricated using 04 Nos fibre channel 65 x 30 x 3 cm thick monolithic structure to withstand high velocity winds resist temperature varying from extreme cold environments to sweltering hot conditions, the entire traingular structure fixed on 03 Nos,40mm dia 2.10 mtr long PVC pipe with suitable size of screws @ 15cm C/C and the distance go marker monolithic structure embeded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in pit of size 15cm x 15cm x 15cm including painting the entire structure internally and externally with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint and finally sticking the numerals on (two) view face of board with high intensivity prismatic reflectoir sheet 15cm wide and height of numerals as per requirement of Aviation guidelines complete including excavation/earthwork in hard/dense soil,returning filling and removal of surplus soil etc out side vicinity of Runway completed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fix only DTGM board after necessary repair including painting entire structure with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint & finally writing nemerals 15cm wide with high intensivity prismatic reflector sheet and fixed complete, complete all as specified and as directed. (DTGM obtained from item No.1 here-in-beforeshall be reused).

S&F in repairs Taxiway/Runway Sign Boards having 100% UV protected face plate on one side of size not exc 1.0 Sqm each consisting of non metalic materials support structure having min. Tensile strength 4000 kg/cm2 impact strength of 139kg/cm2, UV resistance must meet 1000 hr UV weathering test for tensilw strength as per ASTM G53 and very low flammability as per IS-6746, Appx "N" 1994, Temp. resistance (-)40 degree centigrate to (+)80 degree centigrate and able to withstand wind to wind force of 150kg/hr, with high intensity prismatic grade retro reflecting sheeting as 3M type4 /EGP type 3 as base and with cut out massage (legends border letters numerals etc) with high intensity prismatic grade retro reflective, including PCC 1:2:4 AS IN PIT OF SIZE 15x15x15cm all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 04 here-in-before but size exc. 1.0 Sqm but n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each.

Dismantling of existing sign board to go marker of any size and description fixed in any position and skaking and removing from site making good to distrubed area complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling interlocking tiles of any desription or thickness in floors, aprons, pavements and the like laid and beded dry complete all and pointed as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick factory made machine precast M-50 Grade concrete mix precast interlocking paver blocks using gray cenmet and pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top conforming to IS 15658 -2006 and of shape Hexagon/Triange/ Zigzag/I-shape as directed having compressing strenth not less than 500 Kg/Sqcm etc complete as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 10.00 here-in-before but except interlocking paving blocks i.e. using old interlocking paving blocks obtained from dimantling under Item No. 09.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reiforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in cover slab including cutting reinforcement to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10 mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking endsand binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cover slab and the like including setting in cement mortar (1:4), with plain faces including formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing painted / unpainted surface (painting lines, dashes, arrows, threshold, tochdown point, degination letters etc) pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI , coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust , grease spots or any other foreign materials etc over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of Water Based (Water Thinable) Acrylic Road Marking Paint (black/white/yellow/golden yellow/orange etc) as per colour codes ( Gold Yellow ISC 356, Traffic White RAL 9016, Pasteal Orange RAL 2003 & Graphite Black Ral 5004) the approved shade and pattern with black colour , border strips on either sides of any other colour markings complete all as specified and directed. Including application of masking tape to avoid any accidental slippage complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The black boarder strips on either side of other colour paint lines, arrows, letter, dashes etc shall be measured combined width wise for the purpose of calculating the area for the painting. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for supply and fixing of masking tape, removal and disposal marks, spots etc from the adjacent surfaces. (iii) Site shall be made available as per User's requirement/site requirement. (iv) Working may be paused/stopped due to landing or take off or boarding or movement of aircraft.

M&L for preparation of existing treated/untreated surfaces of pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI , coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust , grease spots or any other foreign materials etc and applying one coat of Lime White Wash complete all as specified and as directed.
