Supply and erection of 250A capacity dust and vermin proof cubical panel board Size of 4.2ft(L) X 5.1ft(H) X 1ft(D) made up of 16 SWG CRCA sheet steel, with supply and fixing of the following interior mounting fuse switches with HRC fuses arranged in two vertical rows with one switch over the other with a central bus bar chamber and two nos. of vertical cable chambers at the two ends one on each side next to the fuse switch chamber and conforming to IE rules. 1)250A TPN Switch Disconnector Fuse Units interior only with HRC Fuses Double Break - 1 No. 2) 100A TPN Switch Disconnector Fuse Units interior only with HRC Fuses Double Break - 4 No. 3)63A TPN Switch Disconnector Fuse Units interior only with HRC Fuses Double Break - 4Nos. [All the switches are L&T / English Electric / Siemens make only] The bus bar chamber will consist of 4 nos. of suitable size of 50 x 6mm copper flat for phase and neutral buses on epoxy moulded bus insulators at proper and sufficient spacing between the buses as per IE rules. This bus bar chamber should be chambers by providing hylem sheet of suitable thickness as partitions suitable size of copper flats should be provided all round the panel for earth bus. The fuse switches should be connected with the phase and neutral buses with 25mm x 6mm size of copper flat and each switch should be connected with the earth switch should be connected with the earth bus with 2 runs of no. 8 SWG rigid copper rod flat. Phase and neutral copper buses should be tinned properly.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigd pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 10 sq.mm copper wire with painting of suitable colour.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection

Supply and fixing of 5 Mtrs. Hot dip galvanized Octogonal Pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x12 mm as per IS 875 with following specifications Bottom & Top pole dia for 100mm, thickness of pole 3mm at the bottom with 16mm J type foundation bolt & nuts and Coil earth to street light poles with No.8 SWG GI wire of connected suitable with hexagonal earth bolt of size 8mm in to 25mm welded on the pole at one end with a coil position fixed on the earth. The post should be fixed by excavating the earth for 1.5 meters depth and suitable Concreting and masonry work should be done.The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO-1461 with thickness of 65 micron.

Design, supply, erection, testing and handing over of Mini Mast Structure (Higher End) with required number of continuously tapered hot dip galvanized steel polygonal sides sections with telescopic strip joints to a total height of 12 meters capable of sustaining the maximum wind pressure at the erection site with single flange base plate secured welded in the bottom of the base mast section with vertically movable hot dip galvanized lantern carriage and accessories such as electrical junction box brackets for providing 6 Nos. of 150W LED flood light luminaries with control gear complete head frame assembly, Pulley drive, stainless steel wire rope single/double drum self lubricating winch arrangement suitable for raising and lowering the luminaries carriage ring flexible multi core power cable and necessary high tensile hot dipped galvanized foundation, bolt & nuts along with washers and anchor plates and templates including supply and fixing the following accessories in the Mast.

a) Design and casting of suitable foundation as per standards with M20 grade RCC concrete with 30 cm projection above the ground level with 1 metre Width x 1 metre Length and 2 metre depth with necessary galvanized foundation bolts nuts and washers and dump plate enclosing the bolts for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site - 1 Job b) High powered power tool complete with hand held control panel and motor with push button type remote control switch suitablefor 3 phase 415 V 50 HZ for raising and lowering of the lantern carriage complete to operate all fittings mounted in the base to couple with winch - 1 Set c) Feeder pillar box comprising 0.90 m x 0.45m x 1,20m floor AI frame with 63 A TPN main switch 1 no , 63 A fuse unit 3 nos, 63 A power contactor with automatic timer arrangements and reversing starter for the 3 phase motor - 1 Set. d) Neon aviation obstruction light- 1 No. e) Hot dip galvanized lightening arrestor - 1 No. g)150W LED Flood light luminaries made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection with 150W Circular LED Bulb with drives, Alglas coated reflectors, with cable connection etc: complete as per standard specification. - 6 nos

Supply and Laying of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and fixing of 65mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') of 5 metre length with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom and Coil earth to street light poles with No.8 SWG GI wire of connected suitable with hexagonal earth bolt of size 8mm in to 25mm welded on the pole at one end with a coil position fixed on the earth with concreting and construction on masonary pedestal with MS angle iron frame Support Cable Tray work and painting with suitable colour.

Supply and fixing of 65mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') of 3 metre length with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom and Coil earth to street light poles with No.8 SWG GI wire of connected suitable with hexagonal earth bolt of size 8mm in to 25mm welded on the pole at one end with a coil position fixed on the earth with concreting and construction on masonary pedestal with MS angle iron frame Support Cable Tray work and painting with suitable colour.

Supply and installation of GI Hot Dip / Powder Coated 16 SWG Cable Tray 300mm width and 50mm height with 1½” x 1½” x ½” Ms Angle support with on existing GI post.

Supply and installation of GI Hot Dip / Powder Coated 16 SWG Cable Tray 150mm width and 50mm height with 1½” x 1½” x ¼” Ms Angle support with on existing GI post.
