Reactive Maintenance(Initial Rectification work)

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.2:Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

55.5.a:Levelling undulation with precoated chips with 1% of paving bitumen (vg 30) by weight of chips in a suitable mixer duly heated to 160 degree temperature spreading, levelling and rolling to required line and level for thickness up to 20 mm.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD153481/2025-2026:Providing and fixing RC board. of Fabricated steel work by using ISA 25x25x5 mm and MS sheet of 0.5 mm thick including all charges of materials and all labour charges, fabrication , conveyance, fixing painting vinyl sticker letter work etc, complete as per direction of departmental officers

OD154037/2025-2026:Removing the old existing Vinyl sticker on the display board of Running Contract & replacing with new vinyl sticker, including lettering, symbols and transporting to site etc as per direction of engineer in charge

OD153483/2025-2026:Conducting and Reporting Routine Inspections for the entire length of the Project Road at a frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the Running Contract as directed by the Departmental Officer at site.

2.3.2.A:Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness In area of light jungle - By Mechanical Means

12.1.B.1:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. Ordinary Soil - Depth upto 3m - Mechanical Means

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

8.8:Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces

55.14:Providing and fixing retro-reflectorised ceramic tilesProviding and fixing retro-reflectorised ceramic tiles of size 10cmX20cm using High Intensity Micro Prismatic (Type IV) grade sheeting with 7 years warranty fixed over Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles including cost of glue, cutting charges, fixing with suitable adhisive on concrete or other surface etc complete.
