Repair/ maintenance of Electrical Fittings/ Fixtures, Ceiling Fan, Gyesers and Allied works in Birpur/ Ghunghora area of AGE E/M-I under GE Dehradun.

Dismantling electric and water connection of the 25/50 ltr's geyser, taking down from its original position on ground, opening up and removing apparatus plate from the tank, descaling the geyser inner tank and apparatus plate complete, checking for defects, replacement of unserviceable parts such as heating element, syphon assembly, thermostat, rubber gasket etc., reassembling and installation of the geyser into its original position and connecting all electric and water supply connection and testing on completion all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(a) Inspection opening, dismantling, descaling, washing with chemical solution and cleaning of storage tank. (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank after cleaning at designed pressure. (c) Checking stopcock, pressure reducing valve etc to ensure free movement of their parts. (d) Replacing washers and glands of bib taps, stopcock and inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow. (e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items (f) Checking functioning and correct setting adjustment of thermostat (g) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve and visual check of fusible plug for its intactness.

(h) The cost of fixing of parts under item No. 2 to 9 shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under item 1 by the contractor. Cost of parts shall be paid as supply only under respective items here under. (i) Nut, bolts and hold fastners if required to be replaced shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item. (j) All repairs shall be carried out on complaint basis. (k) The contractor shall collect the complaint slip from JE E/M by 1100 hrs daily. (l) Payment for a geyser will be made only once through out the contract period irrespective number of repair carried out in same Geyser.

Supply only heating element 1.5 KW 230 volts, ISI marked suitable for 25/50 ltrs geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Theeta/Bajaj/Recold.

All as per Srl item 2 herein before but 2.0 KW complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only syphon assembly for geyser any type of hole (6/7/9) all complete as per existing make & size as per site requirement all complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Dashmesh/Theta/Newton/Bajaj.

Supply & fixing of indicator lamp for geyser of any type.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS grade in and including medium duty concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia or higher and conduit fittings and all accessories with suitable size of pressed steel terminal box 1.2mm thick, duly painted for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, including continous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge of following.
