Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil after the cables are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 15 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old CI/DI water mains pipe line of 150 mm dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including buring out joints and recovering lead.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old CI/DI water mains pipe line of 100 mm dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including buring out joints and recovering lead.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing in trenches DI pipes of 150 mm dia with socketed ends /flanged with EPDA/SBA rubber gasket joints centrifugally cast, class K-7, in any length laid in trenches or on floor. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary DI fittings as required and Excavation / earth work etc; shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Digital auto Water Level Indicator Device including top mounted, non contact ultrasonic level transmitter (probe unit), level indicating controlling box including system incorporated digital stage level, high & low alarm, pump automation etc. as all complete but without wire from transmitter to controlling box as per our enclosed catalogue sensing range upto 5 mtrs. Operating on Single phase supply, direct display in digit system in meter/Centimeter of water level of Sumps/Over Head Tank ensuring alaram while water fall or rise at predetermined limit complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying and fix of 3 core 1.5 sqmm multistandard sheathed copper cable FRLS grade including if required PVC Conduit to protect the cable wire from probe unit to controlling box all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of submerisible flat copper cable conductor 3 core 10 Sqmm 1100 volts grade ISI marked heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Decarbonising/ cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various sizes consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Anti - Track Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars , checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suiable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Spare parts work will be measured and paid for separately. 2.Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S & F in replacement of LED indicating Lamps for R, Y, B phases complete as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Digital combined Ammeter & Voltmeter

Dismantling of air compressor 2 - 3 CFM capacity upto 2.0 HP motor, transporting to workshop, dismantling complete, overhauling,supply and replacement of unserviceable parts, metalling/grinding and polishing of rotary fan, replacing gasket, toping up compressor oil upto the level re-assembling installing, connecting, commissioning and testing complete as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Base frame of centrifugal/mono block Pumping set of any size and type and replace the same with newly fabricaed base frame made out of ms channel of same size duly painted including nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and lowering in replacement of 100 mm bore GI column pipe heavy grade both end flanged, 3.00 metre long, fitted with flanges at both ends made out of heavy garde pipes of not less than 6mm wall thickness ISI marked (IS: 3589 (1981) complete with bolts , nuts, gaskets etc as required complete all as specified.

All as per item No 18 but for 80 mm dia pipe

Supply and fixing in replacement of MPR 300 Electronic Motor Protection Relay with in-built Earth Fault Protection sutaible of 10 Hp to 22 Hp motors complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3/4 Pole contactor of 40-50 amp complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earthing lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 4.0mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 20mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

All as per Item No 22 above but using GI strip 25x4mm as earthing lead Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 25x4mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fixing/laying/ in replacement of drawn through in pipe service connectons 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated sheathed tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape heavy duty muilti core aluminium stranded muilticore conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured overall nominal cross section 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as directed.

All as per Item No 24 above but for size 16 sq mm 4 core.

M & L for preparation for painting of old painted surfaces of filtration plant ( Iron removal filter , Multi grade filter , oxidation chamber , Activated carbon filter and associate filtration pipe line) by scrubbing ,cleaning the outer surfaces ,removing dust , scaling, Carbon over the surfaces and applying the two coat of weatherproof paint of approved colour ( Approved by Engineer-In -charge) with spray machine including writing name of filter , direction of flow with colour code etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Butterfly valve with spindle, gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 150 mm bore in IRP supply and delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Item No 27 above but for size 100 mm bore.

All as per Item No 27 above but for size 40/50 mm bore.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Non return valve vertical/horizontal type (Suitable as per existing valve) with gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 150 mm bore in IRP supply and delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for glazed colourd tiles in vertical surfaces (size recommended by Engineer-In-charge) thick set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in colour to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or undecorated surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall.complete all as spacified and as directed

M&L Applying three coat of white wash on old wall surfaces of walls and cornices including preparation of old plastered or un plastered of surafce of wall by brooming down all as specified and directed

M&L Applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper to newly plastered/previously untreated wall over a coat of 1 mm thick layer of wall care putty over a coat of primer by smart painting method including preparation of newly platsered wall all as specefied and directed.

M&L preparation of newely plaster surfaces and appplying two coats of weather coat(Apex) over a coat of damp shealth primer over 1 mm thick layer of wall care putty by smart painting method to new plastered walls as per manufacturer and apllied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed) and post , trussed , purlins , rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam , tee ,angle , channel or flat section) including distance pieces MS screw nut bolts heavy duty with including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide and fastining arrangement/welding etc using FE-410 W ( Grade E-250 quality A ) including dismantaling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Galvanised iron wire netting 2 mm dia 20 to 30 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding , joists , etc in wall ceiling stanchions , beam etc including all laps , cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Microprocessor release 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA Make - Havells/ Legrand / Seimens Note :- All MCCBs of schedule shall be conforming Ics= 100% Icu as per IEC 60947 -2 and front LED indication (ready, overload pre-alarm & over load).

Supply and fixing in repair epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door, Triple pole and neutral 415 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB TPN 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection all as specified and directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
