Installation, testing & commissioning of 100 KVA voltage stabilizers by way of carriage/ shifting of stabilizer from stacking place to site of work on MT and HL. P/F of Copper cable of standard ISI make(as per site condition) for making connections from main switch to Voltage stabilizer for all the three phases in three leads with neutral & then from stabilizer to buss bar fuse system with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Conducting of whole electric circuit with the help of conduit pipes, PVC flexible pipes, bends etc. Filling of transformer oil up to required level after heat treatment/dehydration to make it moisture free. Job includes cost of material and Fitting charges.

Recapitalisation of 100KVA transformer by way of dismantling of transformer extracting of all the damaged coils ,cleaning and flushing of the oil tank by using chemical to all the carbon deposit. P/F of 04 no HV coils. Reconditioning of other 02 coils. P/F of 3nos LV bushes 3 no HV bushes with metal parts, P/F gasket, nut /bolts, tapes and sundry items. P/Filling 50 ltrs of fresh transformer oil. Assembling of transformer and testing on full load at site. Fabrication/grouting of angle iron panel board fitted with 12mm thick ply board covered with good quality mica. Painting of angle iron with one shade of primer & two shades of high quality black paint. Providing and fitting of 200 Amp. 415 volt , 3 phase good quality main switch (H/DUTY) of HRC type of I.S.I make on the Panel board by way of drilling holes providing of nuts, bolts washers etc-01 no. Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA transformer by way of providing and erection of 2 no. HT pole. P/F of Channels, L/A set (Station type), Link set & DOF set on HT poles with nut/bolts. Placing of transformer on Channels & tapping of HT line from existing substation. Extention of LT line by way of providing and erection of 2 no. LT pole one near the transformer and other near the pump room and Providing / fitting of aluminium cable-185mm sq from transformer to the LT pole and then to the main switch fitted on the panel board with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Testing and commissioning of complete electrical circuit. Job includes cost of material and labour charges
