Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specifed & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and including removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtr distance , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for sewage pipe lines exceeding 10 sqm or plane for Man holes and getting out in hard/dense soil , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm thick graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated materialls and depositing at a distance n. exc 50 Mtr at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

S & F of mild steel work as in, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , binding spirally for hooping end and bending with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT round bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia bar, cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping end and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm and not exc. 10 cm long dia of neck 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specifed & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. including provn of galvanised mild steel binding wire of 0.9mm dia annealed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Chain link fencing will be procured from approved manufacturers as approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall qoute the rates for galvanised wire(as per IS) of chain link fencing

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.Note:-barbed wire will be procured from approved manufacturers as approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall qoute the rates for galvanised wire(as per IS) of barbed wire

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates any description complete all as specifed & directed.

S F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enemelled paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Desmentling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns, kitchen plateform / shelves etc.Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for glossy coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300X300X25 mm thick, rubber finished ,as in floors laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, (ISI marked) complete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for heavy duty coloured tiles (dark shade) with chequered, plain or recess finish at top of size 300X300X 8 to 10 mm thick as in floor /path/paving etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rubber moulded (coloured glossy finish) factory made with vibratory table method,precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness , M-40 grade (ISI Marked ), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded machine presses precast concrete Paver block shall be as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming 12 mm thick joint up to full thickness and filled with pre-formed bituminious filler complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing /footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement laid in panel of size n exe 2.0 sqm each and making impression of expended metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation newly previously untreated concrete surface of any descroption surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enemelled paint over a coat of primer incl. all preparation complete all as specified and directed.
